Hi,
I am trying to simplify our Service Catalog by reducing an amount of forms visible.
I would like to create links visible in the initial display of a category. For example, I am trying to simplify the New Hire process and would like for the links to different forms be visible in the initial tile as per the 'Catalog View' screen shot.
At the moment what I am doing is having the 'New Hire' option, where a user has to click on to see the rest of the links (this is done using the 'Description' field).
I want to reduce this step and for a user to be able to navigate straight to the required link.
What is the best way to achieve this?
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
