Service catalog search on Standard Change

Hi Team,

When we navigate to Standard Change from left navigator we will get below screen and from this page I have requirement to add 'cmdb_ci' table for searching purpose.

I tried to edit the filter. And also tried to glide CMDB_CI table but no luck.

Could you please help me here
