I have a catalog item that has variables with a recurring price, the variables are both select boxes and checkboxes inside of a variable set. There are breaks but no containers. If i open the catalog item from the classic view by clicking on "try it" the prizes do show but if i open it in the service portal the prizes do not show.
In dev the prizes do show on both views. There has been no changes to this catalog item since January of this year. i have checked already the system properties:
glide.sc.item.cannot_show_price, glide.sc.price.display, glide.sc.use_custom_pricegenerator
Which are set up correctly and exactly the same as in dev.
Checked also the widget SC Catalog Item again there has not being changes there since 2018.
There are no client scripts or UI policies affecting it. Also per Service Catalog select box does not show the recurring price in the options in the service portal. -...I removed the "include none" option in the select box variables and this did not help.
Also did a cache.do
