We're a very large organization and trying to secure the Service Desk from resetting user's passwords or even addressing their account until they are validated - more specifically SMS Verification since questions, validating user information isn't as strong. The Service Desk Password Reset tool has a verification layer, but ONLY with the password reset. We're in need of a verification module up front before Service Desk Agents reset any passwords or even reference the user's account.
Does SN offer anything like this or what are other's using??
