One of my PDI is also down for last 5 days... its so annoying who has lots of work being done on that PDI and a lot of plugins have been installed. Although, I have few update sets containing some of my work.... but still atleast it should get available for our perusal to move forward with one's practice in ServiceNow....
Because there is no direct support for PDI's we can't do anything but we should always keep saving the work in the form of update sets so that we can later import those XML's and get that thing ready in another instance if we loose this particular PDI.

Is there any way to get an update on this? The issue is still continuing as of today. Same message as previous mentioned. You can get a brand new one and they work - but not the existing ones.

Been waiting on this for the last week, which pushed me past the 10 day reclamation period. Not much of a loss, but now no spots available to create a new instance so all integration work paused. Amazing to see how common this issue is.
