My instance is not available, I am currently working on it and if I lose it, I may lose all my important work:

Well, I finally got one, but I can't seem to defeat being redirected to:

 

https://devXXXXXX.service-now.com/now/appenginestudio/home  when I use:

 

https://devXXXXXX.service-now.com/navpage.do 

 

and that was due to the "Change user role" on the developer page. It was set to "Admin" but changing that value twice there fixed the problem. Seems problems are not limited to dev instances.
