Hi,
I am getting the following error- "Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable" when I try to login in to my instance Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable. My instance id is https://dev115166.service-now.com/. Please resolve the issue asap.

Hi,
If your instance in not showing "currently under maintenance", try posting your question in the instance help community. ServiceNow employees who actually can have a look at your instance, will spot your question there.
Otherwise, If you logon to the Developer Site, and select manage instance. Do you get the below message?
If so, your instance will come back online shortly (within few hours).
If not, just wait a few hours for a ServiceNow employee to respond to your question. No need to post your question elsewhere or to email, just wait a few hours for a ServiceNow employee to respond.

Hi @rit2 ,
Just to correct the statement from @Prashant Ahire - There is no PDI support in the community or any other place. Neither is there any ServiceNow employee watching the community for PDI issues. If your instance is not coming up by itself, then your only option is to release it and request a new instance.
