I am trying to enable Service Mapping Plus in my Production instance but having challenges.
1. AFP dashboard shows zero
2. ML Powered candidates are zero
3. AFP training status was zero until i followed the steps 1-6 from the Troubleshooting guide for Service Mapping ML Connection Suggestions / Traffic Based Discovery - Supp...
A month ago i had put in a case to SNOW and they seems to had fixed the issue Dev. Not sure if they had executed additonal steps to fix.
I followed the same steps from the KB as advised by SNOW support but no luck.
Now Dev instance got cloned and everything is back to where it was.
If anyone has any further suggestions will be of great help.
