Hi @ankitav1,
The plugin could work without leveraging ITOM functionalities, if that is what you mean? However you would not be able to use every feature of it.
As far as I know you cannot purchase it separately for ITM Visibility as of now.

Yes, that is what I meant.
What about contract management where you have OOB workflows to keep track for certs
