Hi,
I have a service now instance with the URL: https://dev272086.service-now.com . Upon opening the instance, it is throwing the following message-
Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable.
If service does not restore promptly, please file an incident in the ServiceNow online Support Portal or contact Customer Support via phone.
This was working fine till today evening. I would like to request to fix this issue as soon as possible as we are blocked from testing our product. Hoping to get immediate response on the same.

@kkamath If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

Hi @kkamath
PDI doesn't come with support, which means if it is offline or unavailable or reclaimed no one from the community can support it. You can either wait for more time or release your PDI and get a new one. For the future, take regular back.
FYI - I waited for my PDI to be come online from last 2 days and today i release that and taking a new PDI.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @kkamath
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time
- if you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. NOTICE, if you do this, every development that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
