Service Now Integration using REST

Hi,

 

I am passing the impact and urgency value from one instance to another instance using Rest integration but it is not updating in second instance. Could anyone help me please.

Greetings!!

Could you please check is impact value is same in other instance. Also try with rest API not from BR, and see is the record updating or not in other instance.
