Hi Experts,
In service operation workspace incident form i want if i create new incident selecting business service field should be auto populate Assignment group . i checked in my instance
Image 1(1322) : this functionality working fine
Image 2: this functionality not working , so please help me on this how to fix this,

you didn't share the script and the client script configuration screenshot
Also what debugging did you perform?
Since your client script is global it should work for workspace view as well.
