Service Operations Workspace - Canvas Error

I am currently plagued with canvas errors in workspace. It works fine as long as I hit the X button, but it's extremely annoying to have this pop up every time I switch to a new tab or open something in workspace. Has anyone dealt with this before??

Hi @Daniel Arnold ,

File management  may have deleted the record of the sys_id on sys_attachment so you can Reinstall the plugin of the missing record.  This may be "UX Framework" and "sn-themes".

Both plugins are installed and up to date.

Try to click on Repair inside the plugin page at "/now/app-manager/home".
