Hi Team,
After the Zurich upgrade in Service operations workspace i can see fixed filters in the related records for any table example in the Ptask if we want to add change request there is fixed filter like "active=true" . .
Please suggest how can we change this filters so that as per our requirements we can change the filter.

As you can see, it is stated that we cannot modify or change this feature. Technically, it is not allowed by the design. It might be added only at the UI build/page level, so you need to check the respective UI page. However, you must still follow the SN design guidelines—modifying or changing it is not permitted. Please use it as is to avoid technical debt.
