Hi all

In Service operations workspace , when we apply template to any incident via the side bar navigation there is a info message coming stating that "<template name> Template applied" as shown in the attached screenshot. I wanted to know from where this message is configured so that i can customize it.

I have a requirement where I need to populate the custom field <u_template> on the incident table with the template name whenever the template is applied via sow.

Please help , if this can be achieved.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @sadiar

No, we can’t change it — it's part of the core code and not accessible to us.
It’s more of a system limitation by design, and we need to use it the way the platform has intended.
