Service Operations Workspace - Highlight or add Icon next to Caller in List View

I'm trying to see if there's a way to add a VIP icon or highlight the user's name for the "caller" field in list view if the caller is a VIP. I was able to accomplish this before in native UI using a field style, but I have not been able to find a way to do this in workspace. In workspace, I am able to highlight with a label next to the caller field in the form using the highlighted values table, but this doesn't impact list view.

Hi @Daniel Arnold

No action is needed here; just ensure the VIP flag is set to true on the user record, and it should display like this.”
