Hello,
Within the Service Operations Workspace I am trying to have an image appear next to the "Caller" field if my custom checkbox field is true. I believe that I know how to do this in Core UI however I don't believe that this will work in SOW. Does anyone happen to know how one would go about this? I've been scouring the UI Builder and can't see any option there.
Many thanks,
Jake

It's OOTB for caller field in SOW.
That's what I mentioned, you will have to deep dive in UI builder to see how it got applies on list. check the link

That's correct the field decorator is not working on the list; is there a specific option I should have turned on on the delarative action record etc for it to show on the list perhaps?
Regarding the Record Information, I will skip this aspect, thank you. Importantly provided it is not too much customisation I would need the list view aspect to function however.
Many thanks,
Jake

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
I am afraid it is not working on the list no. Thank you, I will avoid customising the right side. Do you happen to know how I get it to work in the list please?
Kind regards,
Jake

I could see field decorator works in list but it's different
So it means something other is configured for list
check this link
UI Builder Deep Dives: Field Action Decorator
Search for INC -> Caller ID and it might help you for your table.
Form
List

Thank you very much @Ankur Bawiskar
I am curious as to how you have achieved this but it is not working for me. Would you mind at all sharing with me a screenshot of the back end configuration you made to achieve this so that I can attempt to replicate it? Many thanks again, you have been a great help here 🙂
