Service Operations Workspace - view change

Hi All,

Currently I am searching for knowledge articles in the top bar search menu within Service Operations Workspace opens the article in 'Edit article' mode as default while in Other view, the knowledge article is opened  in the View Article mode. However I want it to always open the article in View style.

In the Service Operations Workspace, when the Knowledge article is searched, it currently shows in this 'Edit ' view below

whereas in other view, the knowledge article opens in this 'View article' view as shown below.

I have located the configuration Route Mappings related list, seen a list of route mappings for all knowledge tables created.

Do I need to override table names with the extension table name for the 7 records or create 7 more new entries and map the extension table names?community.pngcommunity2.png
