Service organization field is not available on Customer service case form layout

Hi All,

 

Service Organization & Requesting Service Organization fields are not available on customer service case form layout. Can anyone suggest which plugin is needed for these fields to avail in the form layout.

Hi @RahmatSharH 

Try adding them via the form layout on the form. I don’t think any plugin is needed.

fields are not available on the form layout itself.

Try to repair the CSM core plugin once. It must show actually.
