Hi Team,
I have shared 2 screen shot's please check this.
I'm updating work notes in backend form then same work notes are capturing on form in service portal but I'm updating status or name fields value are updated in backend but same fields value are not capturing on form in service portal. Please help me out .

What are you exactly expecting? Not all field changes that are done in the backend are also shown on the activity log on the portal. Work notes shouldn't be shown at all, by the way.

I'm expecting, If in case I'm updating status field value in backend then that status field changed value appear in activity logs on backend but status field changed value not appear on form in service portal.

In that screenshot, I changed the Home Branch Code field value. It is getting captured in the backend activity logs, but the same field value is not getting captured in the form activity logs on the Service Portal.

Just perform cache.do in your instance and check. If nothing changes then,
It seems you are looking for Activity Steam.
ServiceNow activity streams display a chronological, auditable history of record updates, including journal entries (comments/work notes), field changes, and attachments.
Shows updates in real-time, allowing users to add comments or work notes directly.
