Hello everyone,
I want to add the icon to the service portal activity field users icon I basically need to change from avatar to icon
I am adding image for reference
Basically my requirement is i want to override the avatar with a icon for customer portal is there any way by which i can achieve it?

It looks like it is portal-only and the picture comes from the user profile, so we can’t change or override it.

if your logged in user has live_profile record with icon, it will show that icon on ticket conversations widget in portal
Example: I have record in live_profile table
Then that icon it shows for me in ticket page
If you wish to do same, then create record into live_profile table for those users and add that icon which customer gave
