Service Portal add avatar to icon

Hello everyone,

I want to add the icon to the service portal activity field users icon I basically need to change from avatar to icon

I am adding image for reference 

Basically my requirement is i want to override the avatar with a icon for customer portal is there any way by which i can achieve it?

But i have one more question do i need to just update the live_profile table or i need to do anything too?
