Service Portal:Background image

Hi,

The background image is getting compressed in the the service portal.Earlier it was showing properly but it is we are getting compressed image.

Image now we are getting now:

Could some please help me here.

do following..

open that page in designer...select the row of first container where image is..click on area around blue arrow to select taht.

now click on pencil icon to edit row..

one form will open up...add class "wrapper-xl" like shown below

now image will be bigger..let me know if it doesnt work..

First check the container image, then check for which widget instance is being used.

Hi,

In the designer page it is showing the full image but in the portal it is not displaying full image.

when you say displaying smaller..what is small...are you talking about height?
