Service Portal Catalog Items: Hide Attachment

How to hide out of box attachment in service portal.

I tried hiding the attachment by configuring the catalog item, but it is still visible on the form.

Please suggest this

It looks like a cache issue. Also, make sure to tick this option in all items where you want to hide it. Clear the cache, then check again.
