Service Portal Category list show all

We are wanting to show all of the categories to everyone. Some catalog items are restricted to ITIL users so the category will show 0 items.

I understand why OOB will not show categories if there is 0 items to show but we want to show all of them even if they are 0 items in the category. Anyone know where I can edit that?

You will need to clone the out-of-the-box widget and make changes. Below if the code highlighted which excludes the categories with 0 count.

Bummer - I changed that to >= 0 and it still doesn't show 0 on the categories

Hi

Some record producers are placed in one common space created especially for Customer Master Data. 

It should be placed in CMS in Home ->  Customer Service -> MDM (Master Data Management) -> CMD (Customer Master Data).

How to do this ?
