Service Portal (Error: Access is denied.)

For some Internet Explorer users, the Service Portal is completely blank and never loads.   This is what they see in the debug console.

Any suggestions?

Not sure if that has any significance.

I encounter the same problem in my instance.


temporary workaround is the Uncheck "Enable Protected Mode"

Was the issue resolved? Go the same case  


Yes, we discovered that this is an issue with our company's Group Policy.   It turns out the ServiceNow is not added as a "Trusted Site" in our Internet Explorer group policy push.   Our user's can't manually add it either as GP also prohibits this setting from being set/changed.  



The only option we have is to use any browser BUT Internet Explorer (where GP can't touch).   I swore off IE/Edge years ago so I never personally ran into the issue.   The more you stay away from Microsoft the better experience you'll have.
