Hi guys, I have a requirement to create a report to know how many requests have been submitted to our new portal. is there an OOTB feature to know if a request has been submitted in the portal and not CMS? I couldn't seem to find this flag to filter in the sp_log table. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I can't give a definitive answer but both CMS and SP will be using the same catalog item so there may not be. Going forward you may be able to put a script in the workflow(s) to grab the current url and save it but that won't give you the data for requests raised so far.
Regards,
Anne.
