Service Portal language translation not working

Hi we did some small customization on service portal, the language translation is not working correct, if i pick German language in my profile, it translates some widget but not other(Attached screenshot) . order something, get help were working fine before customization's. I tried adding translation names in sys_translated table but no luck. As we enabled the German translation plugin it suppose to translate automatically, could any one help me in fixing this. i think the widget translation values are avialble in sys_ui_message table, try adding the translated values in that table for corresponding field. Then clear cache . your issue will be resolved.

Good Day.

Is this issue was fixed?. Even i'm facing the similar kind of issue when i change the language of the user form the service portal, the details on the service portal page is not translated to the updated language of the user  (it's working fine for some user's).

Even the test translation's are present in the "sys_ui_message" table as well.

Please help me & any hep is appreciated in advance.
