Hi All,
I noticed that logs in Service Portal Log Entries(sp_logs) table has been erased.I checked Table Rotations Group,but there no rule written on this table.
Is there any rule which runs on logs table by default.Please advise how to check the deleted entries.
Thanks
Lakshmi

So I've avoided this table as there is no documentation around it really and its usage;
https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/api_doc?v=jakarta&id=c_GlideSPScriptableScopedAPI
http://blog.jacebenson.com/sp/#log
http://blog.jacebenson.com/sp/#logsearch
http://blog.jacebenson.com/sp/#logstat
I've asked on HI about it's logging as its used for some oob reports on the "Service Portal -> Usage Overview" page
PRB1246448 - Search results in 'sp_log' table is giving inconsistent/confusing search results
As such, I'd just steer clear. maybe open your own hi ticket asking since it's not documented.

I couldn't find PRB1246448 in HI Support. Can you please help me with the link.
Thanks

OOTB Service Portal Log Entries table (sp_log) only stores data for 90 days
You can change this setting: https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0686829
