Service Portal My Request Widget

Hi All,

I am new to widgets and portals and requirement is to Create a Header called "My Journey" and on click of that Its showuld open my request page but it should should only 1 case from sn_hr_le_case table and filter will be only for specific HR Service and it should be visible only to New Hire. 

 

I am stucked on this as I have cloned OOTB my request page and trying to modifiy my request widget but not sure where I need to make changes. and I cannot deactivate other table data in request filter table as that widget is used in other header menu. 

 

Kindly suggest.

Go to Service Portal --> Menus and find the menu where Title is SP Header Menu
