Hi community

I have issue below please help

I have 2 portals, when I make change to a page on one portal it is reflected in both portals. It was my understanding that each portal will have its own instance of the page or did I miss something.  How can I fix this please ?

Thanks in advance

Hi @AnthonyMull

Pages are reusable across any portal. So, if you use the same page in multiple portals and make changes in one, it will affect all other portals as well. To avoid this, create a copy of the main or base page, make the necessary changes, and use the modified version in different portals separately.

Hi @AnthonyMull

When you say page, are you referring to Widget or instance record that was modified? if yes, widgets can be used in multiple portals/pages. If you open the widget that was modified, you can get details from related lists "Included in pages" or "Instances".

Hi, so I am using a page called sc_home on multiple portals and when I change a widget on that page it is reflected on multiple portals. I thought there was many instances of pages but seems I am wrong?

Thanks
