Service Portal "group by" functionality

Does anyone know how I can achieve group by functionality in the Service Portal?

I would like to display a list of incidents and group they by priority.....any ideas?

heh....old issue. I do not remember if I ever did for this issue or not....but take a look at the available widget options for presenting lists. There might be a newer widget now that will help. Otherwise you'd need to create a custom widget.
