Service Portal Redirect

Users are using Portal but not sure about dev or Prod, So I want only few test users to be able to open service portal rest will not. How and which is ideal way to achieve it.

Hi Sid,

End user unknowingly is going to dev portal to submit ticket, so I want them not to go there and only some Test users should be able to go to dev or UA Portal. So how to restrict all users.

Can you elaborate more? Do you want users to be redirected to Service Portal?

Can you give them the link for the portal directly?
