I found a strange phenomenon in the service portal,
When I searched the "Network Doctor List", 21 results came up,
When I searched the "Network", 10 results came up
When I search for "Doctor", there are zero results
When I searched the "List", 15 results came up
Why is the search result of Network Doctor List not the sum of the search results of Network, Doctor, List?
First of all, only knowledge article satisfies the condition,
I want to know what the search logic is and how it determines whether it is relevant to my search results so that it shows up in my search results.
