Service Portal - SimpleList widget - View All

I have created a page using the SimpleList widget to display all Incidents assigned to me. When I click on the View All button a different list view is displayed.

I would like to know, where in the SimpleList widget do we configure the columns that appear in the page loaded on click of View All?SimpleListWidget.png

Hi,



Login on your ServiceNow as admin.



Go to --> Left Navigation


Search for "Service portal" --> Click on Widgets



Now search your widgets "Simple List"

I just tried that and though logged in as admin the contents are read-only. So I cloned this widget and trying to edit. But again, I see that on click of View All button we are invoking the client side method c.seeAll() but where are columns to be displayed from the incident list configured. Could you give your feedback on that? The simple list has been configured as below. I was wondering if we need to make changes in the View 'Incident Management Dashboard'.

Have you got any solution for this , please share what you have done. I could not add more columns in the list layout.
