Service Portal $sp.getFields function not working in Scoped application

Hi All,

We are trying to use the server side service portal function $sp.getFields for table the is part of scoped application. 

This function usually return JSON of specified fields with field name and value.

when trying to use it for table that is in scoped application, the JSON return empty.
