service portal standard ticket page got deleted

Hi team,
in the sp_page, there is a oob page called 'Standard Ticket' Page. It somehow got deleted in dev. We tried to repair the plugin by which it came. Also did all the mappings by comaring it to our UAT environmnet like adding row,container,instances.
When checked with the help page editor and compared both the pages, it is accurate
Still the page is not working.
Am i missing anything else to map when the page got deleted. Please help

It might be a cache issue — try running cache.do. Also, check if the Sys ID is correctly mapped with the portal.

@Deepika54 not working means?
I believe through plugin repair, it should bring the widget/widget instances as well. You dint have to do that manually.
