Service Portal Task Alignment Problem

Is there any way to align the Fields properly in Service portal Task's.  

My customer is not okay with the alignment.

They need Question in one line and answer text field in Next line.

Refer below screenshot

Please anyone help to achieve the solution

That's not a screenshot from the portal, this is a backend screenshots. In the backend the label is on the left and the field on the right, there is no other way.

On the portal the questions are asked on top of the field by default. So on the portal forms it already should work like you are stating. In the backend, fields are fields. 
From the looks of it, it's a record producer and not a catalog item, meaning the variables are set on the fields and you don't have a variable editor. In your current setup, this is how they get it, there is no other layout.
