Service Portal - URL Suffix

Hi everyone,

when creating a Service Portal, the URL suffix doesn't allow the use of an hyphen (-), it automatically replaces it with an underscore. Is there a configuration somewhere, where I could allow the use of hyphens in the URL suffix of a Service Portal?

Thank you very much,

Kev

Hi @kevinbruneau ,

Check the client script which is changing the URL suffix dash -> hyphen, as URL suffix is case-sensitive, keep it OOTB as it is being used in browser.
