Service Portal Using UI Builder Logo is not populating

Hi All, I am trying to build the service portal using the UI builder but the logo in the footer and header is not  getting populated , I need customized theme for my portal(Utah ServiceNow version),Any one can help me to sort out this problem?

Your Experience (ux application) is using the Portal App shell? Have you configured this information under Settings?

Yes Michael , We enable this information in setting But still Branding and Theming we cannot find a way to set a theme.

Did you create a Theme yet? Once you create one, you should see it in the drop down list.

I created one theme for this experience built still not visible in utah release, I got the output in tokyo, San diego release in ServiceNow
