Service Portal Using UI Builder Logo is not populating

Hi All, I am trying to build the service portal using the UI builder but the logo in the footer and header is not  getting populated , I need customized theme for my portal(Utah ServiceNow version),Any one can help me to sort out this problem?

Just as a quick FYI since you mentioned building a service portal with UIB. UI Builder can build small, departmental type portals, but we still recommend using Service Portal for any enterprise service portal type use cases that involve, public pages, catalog, pixel perfect design requirements, and responsive, mobile-friendly design.

Hi Brad Tilton , Thanks for the reply ,its helpful for me, But my question is why we cannot define the theme for experience in portal app shell in utah release, but it is available in other release(Tokyo,San diego).
