Service Portal: Why sp View not displays on form when clicking a reference field's "info" icon?

Hi,

In the Service Portal, when clicking the "i" icon next to a reference field, a widget opens to display record information.

Though we have service portal view in service-now, why this service portal view not reflected in service portal?

Is there any workaround solution?

Hi,

Can you check the url of the page. If it is mentioned in the url like

sp?id=form&table=yourTable&sys_id=sysIdOfTheRecord&view=sp, then when you click on the info icon for any user record on the form page in service portal, then the user profile will too open in sp view.

So you should add in your url "view=sp" to get it working which perhaps you can add in the place from where you are redirected to the form page.

But my current url is sp/id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=e5665dba4fd2da00948305c18110c706

In this case, service portal view not reflected in service portal.

Is there any other soulution?
