Service portal widget for showing attachments from related tables

Hello,
On the request page(submitted) on Service portal, we need to show attachments on RITM and Catalog tasks under it.
Has anyone implemented this using an OOTB or custom widget?

Hello,
There is OOB Widget named as Ticket Attachments which shows all the attachments which are attached in the record.

The Ticket Attachments widget only shows the attachments on the Request, not the attachments on the Child RITMs and Tasks

I ended up righting a script so when an attachment is added to the RITM it moves it to the Request.
