Service Portal widgets not working and error messages appearing

On one of our portal pages, I've added the following two widgets:

'Experience Feedback Modal'

'Experience Feedback Drawer'

However, when I reload the portal page, I get the following error messages:

I was just wondering if anyone has seen these error messages before and what I need to do to resolve it?

Hi @matthew_hughes 

You can see the error on line 39 for the SP widget. You need to fix that, and also try repairing the plugin. (SP plugin)

Also the widget is Read Only, so it can't be edited.

In this case, either clone it or log a new support case.
