Hi,
I’m looking for a solution to provide a wizard-like order guide in a service portal widget. I’ve noticed that a few community members have asked the question and have yet to find a concrete answer. I attempted to use the SC Order guide widget, but it doesn’t provide the flow that I need. The problem with the order guide is that it has only two steps, we may need 3, and it uses the choose options step which seems to defeat the purpose of the rule base. Basically, we just want users to step through multiple pages(forms) that are connected like how a wizard would work in the past. I decided to ignore this with our Service Portal and realized that this process is needed as a ticket creation option. Any help would be great.

cant access to servicenow Solution Center, do I need a specific user? or HI user
