Hi Team,
There is a widget called my requests. under this we can see all the requested items which are created by me or assigned to me. Only the short description field appears here. Now there is requirement to append the short description field with other fields in the variables (variable - description)
Short description field is the field in the RITM table, where as description field comes in the variable list
Can I achieve it ? how to acheive it
