Hello Team,

 

I have created one service portal where we have ticket option in header menu of service portal landing page . 

 

if I click on Ticket then incident records needs to be displayed like incident number, priority short description and description of that particular logged in user . 

 

Note :- can you explain how we can create widget for above requirement  . and this needs to only raised incident details for that particular user . 

 

PLease Advise.

Hi @Community Alums ,

Go to the page designer on which you want incident list to be shown add container. From tool side go to page you will see a container. Within that container you can create an Instance with table and save it you will able to see the below fields fill the details as shown in screenshot. You will be able to see list of incidents for logged in user.

Our requirement to show  whatever incidents created from currently logged in user , that needs to be show ?

So you need the following > A list view of the incident table with a filter only showing the incidents for the current logged in user and specific fields?

Hi @Community Alums ,

For that refer screenshot the filter is opened by is(dynamic) me, it will show only for created from currently logged in user.
