Hi,
I am getting below RCA error when i submit any record producer or load an HR case in the workspace. Looked into all the RCA's but no luck, still getting the same error.
Appreciate any help/some light on this issue.

Hi Ankur,
This is appearing when i submit the record producer which creates a HR case and i am getting the same error when i just open a HR case in agent workspace
