Restricted Caller access error

Hi,

I am getting below RCA error when i submit any record producer or load an HR case in the workspace. Looked into all the RCA's but no luck, still getting the same error. 

 

Read operation on column 'task.short_description' from scope 'Global' was denied because the source could not be found. Please contact the application admin.
 
 

Appreciate any help/some light on this issue.

i checked RCA's and allowed most of them which i felt are relevant but still no luck

Hi Ankur,

This is appearing when i submit the record producer which creates a HR case and i am getting the same error when i just open a HR case in agent workspace
