what is the differance beetwen the servicebridge providers and servicebridge consumer? Is the servicebridge consumer application needs to be installed client side

Hi @Ketan Pandey,

 

Yes, the Service Bridge Consumer application needs to be installed on the client side. It is free of charge. Only the Service Bridge Provider application needs a licence and it needs to be installed on the provider side.

Can we procure licenses for Service Bridge for providers only as standalone,  I know this is bundled with TPSM, TSM sort of

This is currently where Service Bridge is included. This is subject to change so always best to discuss with your Account Executive.
 
Service Bridge is available to install in PDIs and sub-prod instances. 
 
No standalone option.
 

SB is included in the following licenses:

  • TPSM Std/Pro/Ent
  • TSM Std/Pro/Ent
  • MCO Std/Pro/Ent
  • HRSD Pro/Ent

Also, SB can be added to some industry SKUs with additional add‑on licenses:

  • Service Bridge for FSO (Add‑on to FSO)
  • Service Bridge for PSDS (Add‑on to PSDS)
