Hi,
I want to download the ServiceNow Agent App (not the Now Mobile App). After downloading, how will I log in? I have the production environment , should I use the credentials of production environment to work on it? After that , I need to explore the ServiceNow Agent App. I didn't get much documentations for this. If anybody has documentations regarding it, could you please provide?
